At Baby Village, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in unwashed, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
